The Woodchuck Hard Cider Backyard Cider Promotion will run from September 1, 2015 until October 31, 2015 and a total of 3 backyard pubs will be given away during the course of the Hard cider pub sweepstakes (3 grand prizes). The Backyard Pub which measures 8 ft. x 12 ft., is 9 ft. 6 in. high (so make sure the contestant has enouhg room in their backyard before entering) and includes a kegerator unit, bar signs, comfy stools, lighting and two electrical outlets.

- Must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States
- Residents in the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are NOT allowed to enter (most likely due to shipping cost associated with the pub construction)
- Contestants can enter online via the promotional web page or by texting CIDERPUB to 24587 from a mobile device (charges may apply depending on the carrier)
- It will be the Woodchuck Cider Pub Sweeps winner responsibility to own or otherwise have rights to a suitable piece of land in which to install Backyard Cider Pub or they will be force to forfeit the prize
- The winner will be required to assemble the backyard pub (good luck)
- The pub will come with a IRS 1099 Tax Form that must be filed with Uncle Sam
- Woodchuck Pub grand prize winners will have 3 days to claim the prize from the date of notification
- A winners list can be obtain for 60 days after the grand prize drawing has taken place
