Tirecraft Survey

• Provide a e-mail address (which is optional BUT required for those who want to enter the sweepstakes drawing), the region in which the sale took place, along with the Tirecraft store location in order to take the survey

All comments associated with the Tirecraft Survey will be held in private and upon completion the customer will be entered into a sweepstakes drawing.  A couple of examples of questions that the customer will need to answer include “Now please rate your SATISFACTION with these attributes below by using a 1-5 scale. Let 5 indicate an attribute is very satisfied and 1 indicate an attribute that you are totally unsatisfied with” and “Please list anything that our Team could improve in order to better meet your needs?”.  The entire survey will only take about 3 minutes to complete.  Once the customer has completed all the questions they will be entered into a sweepstakes where they could win a $500 gift card that can be used at Tirecraft service center.
