The Card Factory Customer Survey requires the customer to be 16 years of age or older and is operated by eDigital Research. At the end of the survey customers will be entered into a drawing to compete for a brand spanking new iPad Mini (the Tell Card Factory requires the contestant to be a legal resident of the United Kingdom). eDigitalResearch is based at Vanbrugh House, Grange Drive, Hedge End, Hampshire, SO30 2AF, UK and will deliver all survey information to the Card Factory managers.
Please note…
- Potential iPad Mini winners associated with the Tell Card Factory survey sweepstakes will be notified within seven (7) days of the drawing
- Winners will notified via email
- Winners who fail to claim the iPad Mini will be dismissed an a alternate winner will be selected
- Only two (2) alternate winner selections will be made
- The iPad Mini will be delivered within 3 weeks (aka 21 days)
- All entries must be received by the last calendar day of each month at 11:59:59 pm UK local time to be entered into that month’s prize draw
- Customers will have to provide the date and time the visit to the Card Factory occurred
- No purchase from the Card Factory is required to enter the sweepstakes

The total value of the iPad Mini to be given away during the course of the Card Factory Survey Sweepstakes is valued at £249. Employees of the Card Factory AND eDigitalResearch plc and immediate family members are not allowed to enter the iPad Mini giveaway promotion at this time.
