Customers who complete the survey in full will receive a $2 OFF COUPON coupon on the purchase of any combo meal at Triple O’s PLUS a sweepstakes where the customer COULD win $1000. All of the required information to take the Talk To Triple O’s survey can be found on the receipt provided at the time of purchase.

- Customers must use the $2 OFF COUPON coupon on the purchase of any combo meal at Triple O’s within 30 days of the purchase
- The coupon cannot be used with any other promotional offer and cannot be redeemed as cash
