The Taybarns Ultimate Eatery Customer Survey requires the house number (found at the top of the Taybarns receipt) and the check number (found just below the house number on the receipt) to begin the Talk To Taybarns survey. All feedback is collected by ORC International while the promoter of the Promoter of the £250 cash Contest is listed as Whitbread plc.

• Contestants must be age 18 or older and a legal resident of the UK
• Each survey completed on the Client Contest Website will receive ten (10) entries to the draw and each survey completed on Client Telephone Line will receive one (1) entry to the draw

• There will be ONE £250 cash prize given away per month
