Depending on what plan is selected, customers signing up for new dental coverage from Humana may have a one year minimum contract period that is required. Customers who enroll in Humana Dental coverage by January 15 will have their coverage take effect on February 1. If a customer enrolls January 15 to February 15, their coverage take effect March 1, 2015.
