Seadog Survey

• Provide feedback after taking a family-friendly speedboat sightseeing ride, architecture tour & excursion with Seadog which are based in Chicago and Baltimore

The Seadog customer survey will take about 2 minutes to complete and is powered by Survey Monkey.  Some questions the Seadog will be asked during the course of the survey include “Speed and efficiency of the ticketing process”, “Sound System volume and clarity”, and “Overall Seadog experience”… all of the previous survey questions will be answered with the options poor, fair, average, good, excellent, or NA (not applicable).  Customers will also be “asked how likely is it that they will recommend Seadog to a friend?”.  After answer all the questions associated with the survey the customer will receive a coupon for 25% off a future sightseeing excursion.

At the end of the Seadog Survey the customer should see the following words:

“Thank you for helping us understand how we are doing! When you click the “Next Screen” button below, your survey will be submitted and you will not be able to change your answers. You will be redirected to the promotion code entitling you to a 25% discount on a Seadog gift certificate, or any of our dining vessels.- We look forward to seeing you aboard again very soon!”
