Satisfaction Is Important

Please note the survey card number will be found on the lower right hand side of the customer’s card and will normally be 12 digits long. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and all answer will be held in confidence.
Customer surveys are an excellent way to pick the mind of the customer and obtain information to help increase the bottom line profits of big business. Many customers submit the information for free while some surveys will offer an incentive such as a coupon or entry into a sweepstakes (The Satisfaction Is Important survey does not appear to offer either at this time).
