Our Boots Views
- Tell Boots Pharmacy “how they made you feel” through their online customer survey and once the survey has been completed the customer will be entered into a prize draw for a €200 worth of “Advantage Card” points or a €200 Boots gift card
Our Boots View survey is operated by the Empathica Company and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey will ask a variety of questions related to a visit to Boots Pharmacy and what they can do to improve their pharmacy service. There will be three lucky winners drawn per month (UK and Ireland) and no purchase is required to enter. The Our Boots Views survey winners will be drawn at random and the odds of winning will be based on how many customers enter the sweepstakes.
Please note…
- Customers will need the Boots store number from the invitation card and the date of visit to begin the survey
- Employees of Boots UK limited are not eligible to win the prize and winners may be asked to conduct a short publicity stunt
- Contestants are not required to have a Advantage Card in order to win a prize
- One entry into the Our Boots Views sweepstakes is allowed per household per week and the household can win only once in any given 12 week period
- The sweepstakes is promoted by Boots UK Limited while the prize draw will be administered by Empathica North America
