My Drive Time Account

Drive Time allows customers to make payments on an existing auto loan online. New customers to Drive Time will have to register and any questions about the process should be directed to a DriveTime Customer Service representative at: (800) 967-8526. In the event that customers have to change their name they will be required to fax legal documents to show that their name has been officially changed by the US Government.

- Customers who elect to pay via the auto pay options will avoid any and all fees
- Payments via mail can be sent to DriveTime at PO Box 53087, Phoenix, AZ 85072 (check or money order only)
- Other options for payment without a fee besides the auto pay option include the bank ‘Bill Pay’ option or text pay via WesternUnion
- Please allow 48 hours to process to a DriveTime customers account
- As payments are made part of each payment goes to pay interest and part goes to pay the loan balance (in the beginning most of the payment will go towards the interest)
- When an account holder is late making a payment they will see a higher amount of interest paid first and then whatever is left will reduce the loan balance (just make on time payments and customers will not have to worry about this)
Please note that the limit on this reimbursement is up to $25.99 per day up to 5 days per Breakdown or series of Breakdown related in time or cause… any and all questions regarding the DriveTime Warranty program should be directed to administrator Aeverex at (888)781-5649.
