Founded in Houston, Texas in 1979, Jiffy Lube has over 2,200 locations across the U.S. today, serving almost 25 million customers each year. Jiffy Lube is known around the United States as one of the fastest options when it comes time for an automobile oil change. And Portland, Oregon area customers who logon to take the Jiffy Lube customer service survey will be rewarded for their time with the chance to win $1,000 cash, two Jiffy Lube Signature Service oil changes, or two tickets to a Portland Trailblazers, Portland Timbers, or Portland Thunder game.

Customer must include their name, e-mail address, and phone number to be entered in the Jiffy Lube contest for the chance to win $1,000 or the Portland sports tickets. Customers must also include the specific Jiffy Lube location visited, like the one on S Beavercreek Road in Oregon City, on SE Division St in Portland, on NE Highway 99W in McMinnville, or on SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver.
Jiffy Lube has seen its share of controversy though, as an undercover news station in Los Angeles discovered Jiffy Lube locations charging for services that were never performed, and performing maintenance that wasn’t recommended by the auto manufacturer. Jiffy Lube promised to invoke sweeping changes in training to fix this problem, but a later investigation found that problems with Jiffy Lube had worsened. Jiffy Lube has now installed cameras in all of their stores to allow customers to observe repairs in real time.
