More than ONE MILLION dollars worth of prizes will be given away during the course of the Instant Win Fandango promotion and the sweepstakes is sponsored by Fandango Media LLC.

- All prizes given away during the course of the promo will be overseen by Prize Logic, LLC
- The Grand Prize is $100,000 (which will be awarded as a check) PLUS a lifetime supply of movie tickets (which can only be used at Fandango theatres)
- No purchase is required and contestants may also participate in the Fandango Holiday Promotion without making a purchase and without having a VIP Account (see how to enter without purchase further down in this article)
- When entering without purchase please have them postmarked by December 11, 2015 and received by December 21, 2015 or the entry will be void
- Fandango Christmas Sweepstakes contestants can also request a free code via email by completing the online registration form,
- The contestant will receive a total of ten (10) Codes via email that can be entered to win a chance of some of the great prizes

The Fandango Holiday grand prize winner will receive a 1099 IRS Form with the $100,000 check and the 100k must be claimed on yearly taxes.
