- Users who have sent an application can log on to check the status of their Credit One card. Customers who are interested in applying for a card from Credit One Bank but have not received a mailing can apply to receive instant pre-qualification
Customers applying for a Credit One Bank card can logon to start their application by entering their approval code and their Social Security number. Applicants who have already submitted their application can log on to check the status, and applicants who did not receive a mailer can log on to receive instant pre-qualification.

- Credit One Bank credit cards must be activated within 14 days of being received in the mail
- A credit card from Credit One Bank will need to be activated by phone within two weeks of the date it was received in the mail
- Credit One Bank allows customer access to monthly credit score tracking, e-mail and text notifications about balances and transactions on a credit card account, the ability to pick your payment due date, and more
A standard payment to a Credit One Bank card will be applied within 4 business days. An “Express Payment” option is available, which will be applied to a Credit One Bank card within one business day.
