The Fred Meyer Rewards Visa card is a prepaid debit card that is accepted anywhere Visa is taken. When a customer first purchases a prepaid debit card from Fred Meyer, they will receive a temporary card. This card will need to be activated before it can be used.

Once a month, Fred Meyer prepaid cardholders will receive an e-mail with special code they will need to scan at checkout. Once that code is scanned, the discount will be applied.
