Any questions about the Dooney register process can be directed to a DB customer care agent at (800) 347-5000 from 9AM to 5PM (EST) Monday through Friday, or email service@dooney.com anytime (please allow 24 hours for a response via email).  In order to register the customer will have to provide their name, DOB, and zip code (a mailing address is not required).  Customers also have the option to add their email to a list to receive promotional material from Dooney and Burke (i.e. coupons, sales, discounts) but is not required to register.
