CS Pension Rescue

Popular components (talking points) of the plan include: Terminated Status Participants, UPS Transfer Group, Future Accruals for Active Participants, and Disability Protections. Under US Law the U.S. Department of the Treasury has 225 to review this well though up pan and either approve or deny. The CS Pension Rescue Plan was developed to save the state of Illinois from bankruptcy and to help return capitalism to the state (as right now it seems to be ruled by socialist policies).

If the state of Illinois fails to pass this plan or a similar one it will be only a matter of time until they have to file for bankruptcy and be under Soviet rule.
