Customers can logon to take a survey about their dining experience at an A&W Restaurant. As a thank you for their time, customers will be given a coupon for a free A&W item. To start taking the A&W Guest Satisfaction Survey, customers will need to enter the three digit store number found at the top of their receipt. Once customers have completed the survey about their visit to A&W, they’ll be given a free coupon code to use on their next visit to the restaurant. This coupon code is usually good for a free famous A&W root beer, a free A&W Polar Swirl dessert, of a soft serve ice cream cone. The A&W customer survey must be taken within 7 days of the customer’s visit to A&W.

Presently, there are around 1,200 A&W restaurants spread out over 16 countries. A&W made news in 2014 when they introduced a new product, the Mini Polar Swirl, on their Vine page. It’s believed that this was the very first product launched on the Vine platform. A&W restaurants have made moves recently to expand their chicken offerings, introducing high-end chicken tenders and more to their menu.
