Golden Corral Customer Survey

• Take the GC customer survey and earn a chance to win $1000 (through a daily prize draw) or $1500 (through a weekly prize draw)

EMS Store Customer Survey

• Made a recent purchase at Easter Mountain Sports?  Be helpful and provide some feedback in regards to the visit via the online EMS Store Customer Survey

Customers will be asked a few questions about the quality of the products and customers service plus if they would recommend Eastern Mountain Sports to a friend or family member.  The survey will consist of about 10 questions and the customer will have the chance to write-up a detail summary of their purchase (good or bad).  The EMS survey is powered by Presto Mobile and all survey information will be used for customer service purposes only and EMS will never sell the consumers information to a third-party.
