• Help Walgreen make even more money by taking their customer survey online in hopes of improving their in store relations

The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete and all answers will be kept confidential.  Please have the PR WAG CARES survey number and password from the Walgreen in store receipt to being.  As a reward for being a slave to Walgreen they at least have the courtesy to offer the customer a coupon code in return for taking the survey.  The WAG CARES coupon code will come in the form of a number that should be written down on the customer receipt and used within 30 days of tasking the survey.

Please note…

• The customer must take the PR Wag Cares survey within 72 hours of their purchase or the survey will become void (Walgreen installs this policy so the visit is fresh in the customer’s mind and the most accurate information about the visit can be gained)
• Customers can also take the survey via phone by calling 800-706-4704
• The survey code is good for a one time use only and no photo copies are allowed

Customers will also have the chance to provide their email address to receive promotion and information from time to time from Martin Guitars (this is optional and not required to complete the survey).
