The Missouri Access MasterCard Debit Card is the method used by the state of Missouri when paying unemployment benefit insurance to those who have failed at life.  Any questions about the MO Access sign up process or account related issues can be directed to 888-775-3445.  Those looking to register for the first time can expect about a 5 minutes process and WILL NEED their 16 digit MO access account number. MO access card holders are allowed one free withdraw from a non AllPoint ATM or Central Bank Of Jefferson City once a week but anymore will be subject to a nasty ATM charge that may go as high as $5.000 depending on the ATM.  Cash advances are available but come with a $1.25 fee.  Those who are denied benefits should still keep the Missouri Access MasterCard Debit Card just in case they are awarded benefits at a point in the future or they file an appeal and win.  Please note claimants should expect up to a 6 week wait to determine eligible for Missouri unemployment benefit insurance.

www.allnaturalsettlement.com – Kashi All Natural False Advertising Lawsuit

All Natural Settlement

  • Obtain more information about the class action lawsuit settlement that revolves around the words “all natural,” “100% natural,” or “nothing artificial”

Kashi has agreed to pay close to $4 million as a result of the All natural settlement.  Class members contend that Kashi mislead consumers as the Kashi products actually contained contained genetically modified organisms when they were labeled “all natural,” “100% natural,” or “nothing artificial”.  Anyone who purchased certain Kashi products (containing these GMO’s) from May 3, 2008 until Sept. 4, 2015 may receive a slice of the settlement pie.

Please note…

  • Residents in the state of California are not allowed to file a claim
  • this link will show a list of all eligible Kashi products included in the ALL NATURAL SETTLEMENT
  • The amount of the settlement will differ per class member but the most any one household can receive is $27.50
