• Access a variety of customer service related activities online in regards to a Mayo Clinic account online

New users will have to register for the Mayo Clinic Online Services while returning members can simply login with their username and password.  When signing up for the first time for the patient online services customers must have a valid email address, and provide their full name and phone number.  The most popular feature of the service is the ability to refill any Mayo Clinic prescription online thru a Mayo Clinic pharmacy.

Please note…

• Once a customer has signed up they can view their records and test results, manage future appointments (make a change or cancel), pay a bill, and update Mayo Clinic account information (i.e. address, phone number etc)
• All information associated with the Mayo Clinic Online Services is protected and is secured with 128-bit encryption
• When making a payment online the customer will need their myEasyMatch code (which can be found on the customers billing statement), their billing account number, the payment amount, and the amount of the bill in question (the customers  e-mail address will be used to send a receipt of this payment)
• Online payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or the eCheck service
• myEasyMatch Codes are valid for 30 days from the statement or letter date

Amazon Redeem Gift

• Redeem a gift card associated with an Amazon customer account online

Once the gift card has been redeemed to the account, the funds will be credited to the customers Amazon account and will be automatically applied to a future purchase.  The original expiration date, if any, applies to any unused funds and the same return policies apply on the purchase as a purchase made without the credited gift card.  When redeeming a gift card the customer will need to enter the claim code (for plastic cards the customer will need to scratch off the coating on the back of the card to reveal the claim code).

Please note…

• The claim code associated with the Amazon Redeem Gift Card is not the 16 digit card number
• The gift card can only be used to make purchases at Amazon
• The gift card is not a credit card and will not help or hurt a customers credit score
• Once the customers has accessed their Amazon account they will need to look for the Apply a Gift Card to Your Account tab
• Amazon customers will not be allowed to redeem the gift card using the Amazon.com 1-Click service unless they redeem the gift card funds to their account before hand
• If the amount of purchase is greater than the amount associated with the gift card the customer’s credit card on file will be charged the remaining amount

Kinder Morgan Capex Litigation Settlement

• Obtain more information in regards to the $27,500,000 class action settlement against Kinder Morgan

The class members in the lawsuit claim that Kinder Morgan artificially inflated more than $3.2 billion in payouts it collected from a pipeline partnership and violated the partnership agreement by misclassifying expenses so it could wrongfully pump up payments to itself according to class members.  Kinder Morgan is North America’s largest pipeline company and has agreed to settle to avoid an ongoing costly trial by jury.
