The “Tell Us Your Cold Truth” Sweepstakes starts on Nov. 16, 2015, and runs through Jan. 24, 2016. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Users can enter the Cold Truth contest from Bayer one time a week, either by filling out the online form or by entering through Bayer’s Facebook page. The grand prize drawing for $5,000 cash will take place on February 2, 2016.
