My Card Security

  • The card security program is OPTIONAL and is associated with credit cards issued by the Synchrony Bank

To sign up for the service customers will first have to create an account using their name, zip code, and the last four digits of the card in question (customers with more than one Synchrony Bank credit card account with Card Security protection must register each account and submit each benefit request separately).  The My Card Security program is NOT FREE and will cost $1.66 per $100 of the customers ending monthly balance (i.e. if the account holders ending monthly balance is $500, the fee would be $8.30).

Please note…

  • To be eligible for the unemployment and leave of absence benefits the account holder must be enrolled for at least 30 days in the program
  • The My Card Security program is open to consumers of the age of 18 in any state besides Mississippi
  • When account access has been gained customers can check all history associated with the card account via the “Benefit History” tab
  • Benefit number is not required to see benefit history or status
  • After the customer completes the online enrollment form they will receive a support letter by mail within 3 to 4 days
  • The card security program will pay $50 per form when a Doctors fee is charged

The Card Security Program offers two number in which customers can call for support: 800-815-4051 (Benefit Request questions) and 855-264-9385 to speak with a Technical Support agent.  These toll numbers are not open on Sunday or New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

To take the survey customers will need the Bettys Cafe restaurant number in which the visit took place along with the receipt number, date/time of visit, and the total dollar amount spent on the meal.  The My Bettys survey will only take a few minutes to complete and the customer will receive a sweepstakes entry where they could win a Taste Of Bettys gift bx which includes 80 tea bags, cafe blend coffee, Yorkshire fruitcake (perfect regift just in time for Christmas), Yorkshire shortbread and fruit clusters.  To enter the My Bettys customer survey sweepstakes the customer must be over 18 years of age and a legal resident of the UK.

Please note…

  • The odds of winning the Taste of Bettys gift package will depend on how many people enter the sweepstakes each month
  • The winner will be notified within 28 days of the drawing
  • The Service Management Group will be in charged of gathering the survey results and the prize draw
  • My Bettys sweepstakes winners will be required to provide their mailing address so the prize can be mailed to them

  • Bettys caters to upper class married women living in the UK (men don’t frequent this place very often unless their wife forces them to go)
  • The tea rooms open up at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm everyday

Reservations for Afternoon Tea can be made in the Imperial Room, Harrogate and the Belmont Room, York every Friday and Sunday from 1pm and every Saturday from 11am.  Popular dishes at Bettys include the Scottish Smoked Salmon and the Yorkshire Roast Ham.

T-Mobile ID online gives access to everything related to a T-Mobile account, including checking data and minutes usage, viewing or paying a T-Mobile Bill, changing a T-Mobile plan, and getting support for a T-Mobile device. T-Mobile ID also allows customers to add a new line to an account, cancel a T-Mobile line in the event of a death, and change a billing address.

Signing up for T-Mobile account is simple, with only a username and password needed, along with the T-Mobile account number. Once a T-Mobile ID account is active, the username is instantly associated with the particular account, and customers can start accessing their information online right away.

  • T-Mobile currently has nearly 230 million customers worldwide
  • To sign up for a T-Mobile ID, customers will need their T-Mobile statement, showing the full account number

If the account is eligible for an upgrade, any T-Mobile device upgrades can be handled through the ID account. If a T-Mobile account is not currently up for upgrade, the ID account will give the date that it will be. T-Mobile ID allows customers to exchange a recent upgrade, as long as it’s within a 30 day period. T-Mobile exchanges after 30 days will be charged a processing fee.

Mass Cosmetics Zip Code Settlement

  • Customers who made a purchase in a MAC Cosmetics store in Massachusetts from November 5, 2009 to October 9, 2015 could be eligible for a free cash settlement thanks to a class action lawsuit

Customers who shopped at a MAC Cosmetics store in the state of Massachusetts from the dates of Nov. 5, 2009 through Oct. 9, 2015 may be eligible to receive a settlement thanks to a class action suit that alleges MAC violated privacy laws by asking for the shopper’s ZIP code. MAC denies any wrongdoing, but they have agreed to settle this case out of court. Settlement payments in the MAC cosmetics lawsuit will not be issued as a paper check, but as a MAC Cosmetics gift card.

  • The deadline to file a submission in the class action lawsuit against MAC Cosmetics is Jan. 29, 2016
  • Settlement payments in the class action lawsuit against MAC Cosmetics will be issued via MAC gift card

The last day to submit a claim in the MAC Cosmetics class action case is January 29, 2016. A final fairness hearing in the MAC cosmetics lawsuit will be held on March 1, 2016. If approved, settlement payments from MAC will be mailed out within three weeks of the fairness approval hearing.

MAC Cosmetic was founded in Toronto in 1984, and opened their first US store in 1991. MAC was initially designed to be products for professional makeup artists, but quickly expanded to all consumers. MAC found themselves in the middle of a controversy in 2010 when they released their MAC Rodarte collection, which was based on a small Mexican town where many women have been killed in brutal murders. MAC pulled the line before it hit shelves, and instead donated $10,000 to a charity.
