Bair’s is well-known across the Montana area for their “Bair Hugs” program, which is a way not only for Bair’s to support their communities, but for communities to support each other. With the Bair Hugs program, local charitable organizations and groups can choose a specific day, and Bair’s will open up one location early and provide lots of pancake batter for an all you can eat pancake breakfast, including syrup, butter, milk, orange juice, coffee, and more.

Tickets to a Bair’s pancake breakfast are recommended to be sold for $5, but that amount is entirely up to the organization. To help cover costs, Bair’s just asks for $1 back from each person that actually eats.

Bair’s Sports Grill has several locations throughout Montana, each one famous for their over 50 delicious burger combinations. Bair’s is also famous for their wraps, sandwiches, wings and salads. In short, Flex benefits from Los Angeles cover just about every aspect of personal care.

Several categories of Los Angeles employees are eligible for Flex benefits – employees who are eligible for membership in an employee representation group which has Flex benefits negotiated, employees who are not represented by an employee representation unit, employees who are police officers (and are members of Tier 5 and of Tier 6 of the Fire and Police Pension System), or employees who are elected officials of the city or full-time members of the Los Angeles Board of Public Works Department.
