Apply For Kan Care 

  • Kansas residents can use the KanCare online Medicaid system to check their eligibility for benefits
  • To apply for KanCare benefits, customers will need to create an account, then select the type of benefit they’re applying for
  • The KanCare self assessment tool should only take about 15 minutes for Kansas residents to determine what benefits the might be able to receive

When residents log on to apply for their KanCare benefits, they will need to enter personal income and employment information to determine their eligibility, along with their age and the size of their household. Once the initial assessment is complete, residents will be informed what benefits they may be eligible for. A final determination will not be made until the application has been reviewed.

Please note…

  • Several different programs are available, including KanCare for children under age 16, KanCare for families or more than three people, KanCare for women who are pregnant, KanCare specifically for people who are over 65, and Kancare people who are medically disabled. KanCare even offers programs that can help with paying for Medicare premiums
  • A KanCare application will take 45 days at the longest to be approved or denied. In the vast majority of cases, Kansas residents will receive a decision much more quickly
  • When an application for KanCare benefits has been submitted, residents can log on by signing in to their account and check the status of their application.

If a KanCare application has been rejected, customers can file an appeal if they feel an error has been made. If it is determined that an error was made in the KanCare decision, the application will be reconsidered.

  • The fastest way to redeem PNC Points is to choose from their e-gift card catalog
  • Customers who redeem their PNC points for an e-gift certificate or other digital download will receive their reward instantly instead of waiting for an item to be mailed

Qualifying purchases that are eligible to earn PNC Points include transactions where the credit card is swiped in a store, plus transactions online and over the phone, plus bill payments and orders through the mail. Paying another credit card, cash advances, and balance transfers are not eligible for PNC Rewards Points.

To apply for Humana dental coverage, customers will be asked to enter their ZIP code of residence, along with the date of birth of their spouse and dependents. Humana has special coverage for veterans that’s not a part of their regular dental coverage.

Depending on what plan is selected, customers signing up for new dental coverage from Humana may have a one year minimum contract period that is required.  Customers who enroll in Humana Dental coverage by January 15 will have their coverage take effect on February 1. If a customer enrolls January 15 to February 15, their coverage take effect March 1, 2015.
