Customers who have visited an Ultimate Outdoors store can take Customer Service Survey for the chance to win £500. Shoppers taking this survey will just need to enter their Ultimate Outdoors receipt number, starting with the third number on the receipt. Customers who do not have their Ultimate Outdoors receipt can also take this survey by clicking on the “Don’t Have A Code” option. The Ultimate Outdoors survey should only take customers a few minutes to complete.

Blacks Outdoors was founded in 1861, and is headquartered in Bury, Greater Manchester, England.
Blacks Outdoors has suffered some financial troubles recently, posting a £7 million loss in 2008, which was a before tax loss of nearly £15 million. Blacks was able to restructure though, by closing several Blacks Outdoors stores and by selling several other locations. The restructuring was a success, and the Blacks Outdoors company is now more profitable than ever.
