Survey Bartell Drugs
- Take a short survey in regards to a visit to Bartell Drugs (all feedback will be used by ForeSee and Bartell Drugs to measure customer satisfaction, and will otherwise be kept confidential)
Customers will need to provide the date of purchase, transaction ID, and customers age in order to start the Bartell Drugs Survey as well as Internet connection. Customers will have to take the survey within 7 days of their visit to Bartell Drugs or the transaction ID will expire and become void. The survey will be administered by ForeSee, an independent market research company, on behalf of Bartell Drugs and will send all feedback to the managers in charge of the Bartell Drugs store in which the purchase took place.
