Pizza Hut Survey
- Take a survey related to a Pizza Hut visit which is powered by the Service Management Group
- To take the Pizza Hut Survey customers will need the Pizza Hut store number, date/time of visit, and the order number
Customers who provide feedback in relation to their Pizza Hut visit will receive a coupon code than can be used on a future visit to the HUT. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and all information provided will be directed to the General Manager of the Pizza Hut in question.

Pizza Hut is one of the most popular (if not the most popular depending on what one used to define popular) pizza companies in all the world. The firm was created by Dan and Frank Carney on (or near) the campus of Wichita State University. Pizza Hut operates a number of franchise styles to include family-style dine-in locations, delivery and carry-out locations, a mix of both, and even some locations are combined with a Taco Bell where the Taco Bell offers a very limited Pizza Hut menu.
Popular menu items found at Pizza Hut include the ability to “Create Your Own Pizza”, the new and improved Chicken Wings (which are part of the Wing Street promotion), Tuscani Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and the Ultimate Cheese Lover’s Pizza.
