Curbside Express Listens
- Take the Curbside customer survey online and earn a chance to win a $500 gift card to either Giant Eagle or Market Disctict
The Curbside Express Satisfaction Survey requires the survey code from the customer receipt and customers are limited to one sweepstakes entry per month regardless of how much money they spend when shopping at Curbside.
Please note…
- Customers must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Curbside Express $500 gift card Satisfaction Survey drawing
- No purchase is required as entry by mail is available (please see below for more information about how to enter without making a purchase at Curbside)
- The sweepstakes survey is only offered to people living in the following states: Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, West Virgina or Pennsylvania
- The promotion is sponsored by Giant Eagle and the drawing will be ran by the American Sweepstakes & Promotion Company
- Customers who provide their email address in order to enter the $500 gift card draw consents to have Giant Eagle submit coupons and promotions to them from time to time
To enter the Curbside Express Satisfaction Survey sweepstakes by mail WITHOUT purchase please write to: Curbside Express Customer Satisfaction ’15-’16 Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester New York, NY 14610. Please be sure to include a 3×5 index card with proper postage. Only one mail in entry is allowed per customer per month and any more than one will result in the contestant be disqualified from the $500 Curbside Promotion.
Curbside Express is only available at certain Giant Eagle locations at this time although future expansion plans are in the works.
